For your boundaries to be effective, you need to avoid these biggest mistakes (that you might not even know you're making!). In day 2 we dive into some of these mistakes, and a novel way of looking at boundaries


1. DESCRIBE A TIME IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU TRIED SETTING BOUNDARIES, BUT YOU NOW REALISE YOU DID SO FROM THE EGO


2. WHAT WAS YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF BOUNDARIES BEFORE THIS.  WHAT IS YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF BOUNDARIES NOW?

Now that you see it in a new light, how do you now see boundaries?.


Day 3 : Balanced Boundaries


DAY 3 - SELF AWARENESS & BOUNDARIES


Journal Questions for Day 3:

Now that you understand what boundaries are, why they're so important in your life and how they can bring so much value into every area of your life and well being...

It's time to dive into some of the do's and don'ts of boundaries. 


1. Describe a time in your life when you tried to 'lift heavy weights' when it came to boundaries. What was the outcome? 


2. Looking back with the understanding that you now have, what could you have done differently in that situation?

When answering these questions, try not to beat yourself up about your past choice. Rather take a fresh look at it, through new eyes, with this new lens, and use this for your learning.

DAY 4 : YOUR PURPOSE & BOUNDARIES


Your higher self is aligned to your purpose and your Creator.

Making decisions and setting boundaries from the ego versus from the higher self - will lead to very different results.


1. NOTICE THE WAYS IN WHICH YOUR EGO IS ATTEMPTING TO HINDER YOUR PROGRESS. Write these down. These might be "I'll never be able to do it, others need to change first, etc"

The ego wants to keep us in the comfort zone. What are some of the doubts and fears your ego had put forward to keep you from progressing?
